Founder of AMBIRE (transformed into a Benefit Corporation in 2020 and member of the NEXUM Group since the beginning of 2021), a Management Consulting Company operating in the ’Executive & Management Search (Head Hunting) and in the HR services of managerial assessment, enhancement and development of the professional assets of client companies.
As CEO of Ambire, he oversees the main areas of intervention and assists top management in areas that combine Business andPeople Strategy ,through the development of organizational systems and human resources, in order to allow companies and people to increase their potential in the dynamic competitive context in which they operate.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics awarded by La Sapienza University of Rome, Chartered Accountant Certification and Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) awarded by the Milan Polytechnic University of Milan, Mr. Bottari has solid professional and managerial experience in the HR and General Management area of large companies, SMEs and family-run companies, including those listed on the Stock Market, in which he has held and, in some cases, still holds positions of broad responsibility, in the role of fractional executive: HR and Organizational Development Director – General Manager – Chief Executive Officer.
Co-founder and partner of TakeYourTime,an innovative B2C service platform aimed at people to enhance their human and professional capital,Mr. Bottari deals with Sustainability and social impact in the field of labor, education and gender equality, and is a member of the Forum for Sustainable Development at the Italian Ministry of the Environment.
RINA Lead Assessor for the certification of people skills, he is also a FEDERMANAGER Representativeat UNI and CONFINDUSTRIA national working groups in Italy, respectively, concerning national standards for the assessment and certification of professional and managerial figures, and the definition, at system level, of corporate and managerial needs in the Sustainability/ESG field.
Author of numerous articles on Managerial Development, Executive Search, Coaching and Outplacement and guest of radio and television broadcasts on RAI (Italian public broadcasting company) on Management and Gentleness in leadership.
