Ms. Sala’s professional career in marketing and communication is the result of the integration of the skills she honed in the academic field with those related to organizations, honed while completing her Master’s in Open Innovation and Business Networks. During that time, Ms. Sala seized an opportunity in the healthcare communication sector and subsequently in strategic consultancy for industrial research and development in the pharmaceutical sector.
At Ambire SB, Ms. Sala is currently Marketing & Communication Manager dealing with the strategic and operational definition of marketing and communication plans and innovation and digitalization projects in the HR services sector, in a context that allows her to operate across a variety of project areas.
Her natural aptitude for continuous training and innovation has been key to her development of an agile organizational mindset that promotes the autonomy and empowerment of people. The natural consequence of this approach was the decision to specialize in the Creative Coaching methodology as a tool to release the potential of people through the use of creativity and
play.
Ms. Sala believes that supporting organizations and people in the development and promotion of Agile culture is the lever to trigger change and ensure innovation as a response to uncertainty.
