In addition to being an experience of strong impact for young people attending the HR&DM Master’s course aimed at developing a group identity, the Team Building has proved to be a moment of profound inner reflection that has brought out many interesting ideas.

The emotional intensity of these 3 days has allowed to perceive in a profound way different emotions: from the amazement and wonder for a enveloping Nature, to the sharing and enthusiasm for fellow travelers. The fear of discovering fragility and feeling alone has given way to the beauty of rediscovering oneself and others in a crescendo of emotions that have allowed to lower the defenses, to open up and to discover a fundamental value which is trust towards those who walk alongside us.
