The first module of the Master in HR&DM was completed, a very intense day for young participants who measured themselves with complex themes and group exercises, aimed at realising the many information learned by teachers. From the specific analysis of reference contexts to the understanding of the functioning of organisations, the young participants responded in an enthusiastic and fully participatory way to the proposed themes, demonstrating strong determination and motivation towards a training path that aims to provide them with the necessary knowledge and professional tools with which to enter the labour market. Large space has been given to group work and the development of the creativity of each member of the team.
