One of the activities that characterize the Human Resources sector is the Payroll (the Personnel Administration). As part of the testimonials organised within the Master’s degree in HR&DM, the meeting with Ugo Marrone was very interesting. which, as HR Transformation and Change Management has been involved in an important multi-country project of Personnel Administration. Administrative aspects have a direct impact on the management of the employment relationship and deserve a strong focus on the efficiency of business costs and the linearity of HR flows/processes. From this stimulating chat it emerged how important it is to develop excellent communicative skills and to have a strong inclination to change that allows to keep up with the new regulations and market demands.
