The HR&DM Master is a path characterized by a common thread that affects the different areas of human resources: digital transformation. With this in mind, the visit to Cisco, the world leader in networking and IT, has been very educational for the young participants in the Masters. Thanks to the hospitality of Giuseppe Viglialoro, they had the opportunity to confront Stefania Hair and understand innovation in the field of human resources and relate to Raffaello Sernicola and Alexander Marra on open innovation and the impact of digitisation. From the point of view of organisational management it was possible to visit the company and understand a new way of managing spaces, oriented towards smartworking and the psychological and physical well-being of employees.
