One of the current hot themes is smart working and, as far as we can tell, in Italy it is hard to take foot and be valued. One of the main reasons is the perception that smart working is the possibility of working from home for two or three days a week, but the sense of agile work concerns the centrality of the worker and the autonomy and responsibility that they give.
