Being able to communicate effectively has a huge relational impact not only on a personal but also on a professional level. In this perspective, the testimony of Doris Sdogati was designed and organized, expert in business communication and public speaking, within the Master in HR&DM. Doris has involved the young participants in a program based on the method of "learning by doing", inviting them to put themselves at stake in the first person, with a personal presentation, which allowed them to experience themselves as part of an effective presentation in public and to seize Feedback important, with a view to continuous improvement.
