The first edition of the Master in Human Resources & Digital Management is officially finished with an exciting closing event organized at the Green Room of the prestigious Roman headquarters of Federmanager. An opportunity to retrace together the fundamental stages of this intense journey, which allowed young participants to develop skills for preparation for the role of HR & Digital Management professional. Valeria, Alessia, Cassandra, Edoardo, Eleonora and Valeria using the metaphor of theatre have represented, through the show "We are HR", complex professional situations that are experienced daily in organizations. At the end of each scene, a reflection on the subject was proposed addressed, aimed atto emerge the central and active role of professionals Human Resources.
