Neurolinguistic programming is:
- the study of subjective experience, or how each individual perceives and interprets himself and the world around him
- an human communication model that allows us to analyze each behavior by breaking it down into sequences of observable elements.
It is useful to improve interpersonal communication and to control some processes of our brain that despite being “automatic”, can be brought back to the consciousness to be modified in accordance with one’s goals.
The fields of application in management are several and large: self-confidence, self-perception, improvement of leadership skills, self-control during the delicate phases of any type of negotiation, confrontation, conflict management.
