Mr. Marrone believes that his professional mission is to offer his skills and e
support to organizations for innovation projects, change management, introduction of new organizational models to support business, development of resources, budget and labor cost control, introduction of managerial and motivational tools, target-based remuneration and welfare.
He graduated with a degree in Law and, since 2019, has been working as Senior HR Consultant and Fractional Manager.
For over 30 years, he held managerial roles in the HR department of various companies, including in the multi-country contexts (Italsider, Alenia, AlmecPiaggio VESpA, Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi, and Ericsson).
Mr. Marrone’s chief goals are to develop and make HR organizations more efficient, to support the growth of the resources with the most talent/potential, to strengthen organizational and managerial skills, to set up and manage performance assessment plans and support recruitment plans.
His main professional focus hinges on HR transformation and change management, pertaining to both the renewal and strengthening of organizations and people, and the business support efficiency of all HR services.
He takes a keen interest in supporting organizations and their people through
growth and change.
