Ms. Di Carlo’s professional mission is to support people and organizations in their development to face market and system changes in a sustainable way.
Her career started and continued in Human Resources, in the context of personnel selection, training, development and management.
She honed significant experience and expertise in the Human Resources department of a major multinational company, over the span of thirteen years, tackling issues related to selection, personnel management, organizational development, climate surveys, organizational integration and change management.
She has been working in the consulting field since 2010; at Ambire SB, she is Senior Consultant, Trainer & Executive Coach, focusing her interests on the following HR activities: Executive Coaching, Individual and Team Coaching Paths, Individual Counseling, Managerial Training, Skills Audits, Assessment, Outplacement and HR Consulting.
Ms. Di Carlo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is specialized in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology, and a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA).
