Manager specialized in the negotiation and management and motivation of Sales Teams, with experience in various sectors and in air transport.
For 25 years, Mr. Di Domenico managed commercial negotiations in almost all European countries, as well as in Asia and North and South America. He began his career in 1990 as Head of Trade Union Relations of Flight Personnel in Rome; five years later, he moved to the commercial area of the company, serving, over a ten-year period, as Country Manager, in Brazil, Germany, Japan, and again in Germany as Area Manager (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
In his role as expert negotiator covering both sales and purchasing, he managed the procurement of airport services and relations with the airport authorities of intercontinental, international and domestic airports.
From 2011 onwards, upon returning to sales, he was in charge of the Charter, Leisure and Group Sales for the Italian market.
At Ambire SB, he currently works as Senior Advisor Internationalization Manager and RINA Services Certified Export Manager; he oversees the business development and generational turnover of client companies.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and has been a lecturer for ten years, holding seminars and training courses in Italian and English that focus on sales, negotiation, marketing and effective communication techniques.
His approach is interactive and pragmatic training fueled by an unorthodox selection of the most useful sales techniques for managers that are sought in the fields of Economics, Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
