Ms. Loreti’s professional mission is to Guide Organizations and People to make decisions in situations of uncertainty and change, identifying goals and enhancing skills and performance in order to define sustainable development plans in economic, social and life-work balance terms.
She has 20 years of experience in the HR department of government financial companies for the creation and development of business and the attraction of foreign investments, developing skills and experience in positions of responsibility in the areas of selection, management and development of human resources.
Working in the consulting field since 2007, at Ambire, Ms. Loreti is managing partner, head of the People Care & Development, business unit, overseeing organizational consulting, managerial training and coaching projects. She is also managing partner of the professional and Training orientation services offered on the TakeYourTime website.
Ms. Loreti has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics, is a Transactional Analysis Teacher and Supervisor in organizational training, Trainer, Professional Counselor specialized in Transactional Analytics and a Sustainability Manager (RINA cert. no. CCM-661/21).
Director of the specialization program HR & Digital Management, former SEPAT Counseling lecturer (www.scuolasepat.it), and Psychology of Organizations lecturer at MASTERORG (www.masterorg.com).
